Too sweet? Why then, try my recipe for Ribena Wine
Step 1: boil Ribena (the concentrate stuff)
Step 2: scape off scum as it boils (this removes the chemical which would otherwise inhibit the yeast)
Step 3: put Ribena in sterilised 5 ltr water bottle with some champagne yeast
Step 4: put lid on loosely
Step 5: airing cupboard or similar
Step 6: leave for a weak
Step 7: drink, enjoy/spit out
It's not as bad as it sounds, very dry though, so much better if you mix it with Sprite or something. I got a batch of this up to 17% once. Wowsers.
