Love a good xmas ale.
I make an xmas ale every year, but it's always much stronger than that - Dark, Malty, Spiced (nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, orange, slight hint of ginger) and 6-7% abv.
Bottle it in small bottles, and drink slowly while demi-snoozing in front of the Great Escape (or etc).
But I f**ked up both this year's batches, and they're both too sweet and not a strong as I intended.

- This one was cinnamony and gingery. Perfect for me - I don't like strong ales. (n/m) (General Chat) - CB41, Dec 14, 12:03:03
