I would have thought so

The Smiths original investment was about 3 million then their were about 8 million of interest free loans, some have been repaid and some converted to equity. I would have thought a conservative estimate of a profit making Prem club without debt and holding land assets would be around 80m. Hence their 60% could be worth just shy of 50m.
