I'm sure I sound like a broken record

Mentioned it on here a couple of times I think, but this - User Posted Link really is the best thing you could ever buy if you get loads.

Most companies do that auto ring thing where it just dials the number randomly and connects the sales person, this thing makes the person say their name, if they don't, they don't get through.
