It's a question that can't be answered without in-depth knowledge of the desires,

attitudes, ambitions, likes and dislikes of the individuals that could be considered for the posistion. It's a question that we can't answer. That doesn't mean that the positions of those unable to answer is not valid, nor does it indicate that the question isn't borne out of a non-sensical simplification of the realities.

To counter it: name one manager who would look at those criteria and those alone when making a descision to apply for the post.
