Any manager who knows the value of a midfielder to break ahead of play and into the box, someone who can tell the left and right wingers that they should be making runs into the far-post when a cross come in from the opposite flank. A man who can tell Green to calm down instead of aimlessly booting long balls in the vague direction of the oppositon half when we go a goal down.

If we can find someone who knows at least one of these things then they can have the job.
