Long term failing, yes, no progression, yes, but not getting to grips with the new resources he has avaialble, no. That is not failure imo (far from it actually!)

.... more like feedback (so Hughton has my full support to learn from this feedback and make things right, even if we miss out on staying up this season that stands, depending on how we go down)

I still don't think we will get relegated, just saying in case all yours and Selwyn's dreams come true ;-)
