Hughton HAS proved he has what it takes, and that's why I'd rather he continued to get us going again, even if that takes some time, rather than changing everything again, at huge compensationary (and other) costs

Each time a new management team comes in, they have less funds to play with and more changes to the squad to make, surely that's never an efficient way to do things.

Damn Lambert for leaving, and for no Oil tycoons choosing us over the more sexier clubs in the country!!
