is a whole new debate.
what if man city wanted to pay reading to win a game over man utd, to allow city to win the league, but man utd wanted to pay swnasea to beat man city so THEY could win the league.....city might be able and pepared to pay a few mill more than utd..... therefore this "bonus" is un-controllable, which would end up making the game even more uncompetitive than it already is.
