had a nightmare 24 hours

We've got a five day bank holiday weekend so was due to fly to Buenos Aires yesterday, but managed to get bitten by a poisonous spider hiding in my bathrobe.

Spent all day yesterday in hospital being tested and told that my kidneys and liver could fail ffs. Cancelled the flight etc and finally got given the all clear at 4am yesterday, but I may have serious complications in the bite area - ie, I might have necrosis...

Anyway, now rescheduled flights and flying in a couple of hours! All good again. Apart from the burning pain in my thigh.
