User Posted Link - the tyres are a bit rubbish but you can change them easily enough.

For second hand, you would really need someone to go with you who has good knowledge of all the parts, so they can inspect for damage to frame, rims etc (the expensive parts).

Also, it's not so easy to change from flat to drop handlebars (because you have to change all brake and gear levers as well), so is better to decide which you want for sure when you buy.
