Bike people (perhaps I should post this in the morning but whatever)..

...investigating 'new' bike (as in don't care if 2nd hand if it works)..

Would prefer upright seating position rather than tucky racer but guess it can be modified once purchased?..

Budget: ?200-300...

Use: commuting...

What makes and things should I look out for...

Already looking at Rapha gear to buy, and other good makes?..
