yep - ?50 was always my limit - as you say, it's not that I can't afford it

simply that I refuse to pay it. Unfortunately, it makes no-odds to the club, I'll not be missed - a tourist or some such will happily take the space I used to fill.

I went off to buying old replica Chelsea shirts instead - they're expensive, about ?150-?200 a pop but at least I get something to show for it.

Now I've got a missus that's got 2 kids, I know where I'd rather spend my money. And I even get a shag at the end of it.
