It depends on what your strengths are in the team what you

have to appreciate is that cyclists contain various types of sportsmen. It's a bit like placing a 100m sprinter with a marathon runner in the same team. Not every team in that race had a world class sprinter but GB and Germany did and Cav is the fastest hence why it was up to GB to try to stop any breakaway's from going away. It's not some new strange phenomena in cycling, its been the same since team's were introduced. It's not that difficult to understand, you just need to follow it I suppose. Apart from my beloved NCFC it's my sport and I love it.
