He won't. Cycling is a team sport.

Could he? He may well be stronger in the mountains. But he's weaker in the time trials (there's another to come). And he lost over a minute from a puncture on the first stage.

So to actually win the Tour, he'd need to take something like 3 minutes out of Wiggins over the next two days. It's pretty unimagineable that he'd try. But also pretty unlikely that he'd be able to.
