...said it earlier, that they would come out in support of him either today or tomorrow-and they have.

Total respect to them for what they have done for the club, but this is real heads in the sand stuff.

We seem to be following the West Ham and Sunderland model now, not the Charlton one-(ie) its OK to be s**te this season because, after all, West Ham and Sunderland were when they came down!

So things will pretty much stay the same then and, just as the club accepted relegation as a certainty when we went up, then they've now accepted mediocrity as the inevitability for this season.

Ho hum. But did anyone REALLY think that anything would happen? No, We'll just carry on being nice Norwich, ahhh, bless them, weren't they BRAVE last season?

FFS. Still, at least they've demonstrated ambition, ambition to be a mid-table first division club with a suitably threadbare squad (that doesn't even have a natural right sided player!) the excuse of which can be wheeled out everytime we have a bad run, poor old "Nigel".
