There's no denying that. Still there's no denying Worthy failed to add depth to the midfield. Damn the day Worthy fielded Charlton in midfield in that pre-season friendly and thought "oh - he wasn't bad in there - he'll do a job for us if we get desperate".

Seriously though - we don't really know what the financial constraints are at the club in terms of how much money we could afford in wages to make the squad deeper. Plus we might not have had enough time to replace Francis. Still no denying mistakes were made. Jarratt for example. How much is he on?!
