Like Hucks who has a very successful match day lounge and does corporate type events. These pay nicely and why not, he's earned the right (Hucks, not Holt).
Holt has been very short sighted, choosing a fast buck now rather than a long term payout. He could've seen out the next couple of years (he's hardly on minimum wage is he) and cashed in on his local celebrity.
