Simply apply for entry to SF3
The same should apply to any club that is liquidated. Go down the leagues until you find one that will accept your application for entry.
TBF, I think even most RFC fans see that as the most reasonable outcome. They wouldn't be allowed to play in Europe for 3 seasons anyway.
