They will be the majority creditor (approx 93million!) and so can block a CVA. So liquidation seems likely, but Doomy is proposing that even if you cease to exist you can parachute straight back in as a newco with two 10 point deductions in consecutive seasons. A small price to pay for wiping out 140million pounds worth of debt.
