most refroms are....

and no doubt they'll get some elements qwrong in THIS reform.... but to listen to the guardian readers, they seem to deny ANTY reform and dispute that any changes are required..... when doctors like admckenie and my missus talk, even those with inside knowledge agree reform is required.
