This is true.

On paper the team was fine. I like the passing midfield that was chosen - possibly only missing Surman. Up front, Cinnamon's been playing brilliantly recently and for goodness sake, Morison has proved his worth at this level Shirley?

It definitely wasn't the centre back pairing I'd choose for a top prem game but Ward was fab last week and I'd hope Bennett would deal with a championship attack. Drury and R Martin should have been reliable defenders.

So I don't think the problem was Lambert choosing a sub standard team. We just weren't good enough. I thought the main problem was keeping hold of the ball in midfield. When we did get it and broke away quickly, we looked ok. This was particularly frustrating as last week we did the opposite at Swansea.

I can't understand the Wibraham knockers. EVERY time I've seen him, he's done a good job. He steadies things and holds the ball up well. This was a huge contrast to Morison yesterday. And I was desperate for Morison to do well yesterday - just to shut up the man in front of me.
