I bet Rioch, O'Neill and Megson wish they'd got 2 million to, then backing by the board the following season to get 3 players in on loan for half a mill, a striker for ?600,000, another striker for 50k rising to 250,000 and huckerby for a million

Not saying worthington hasn't done great for us, but he has done it with good financial backing, and got the players he wanted

Can't truely say that about managers in the past, we went from target after target with no joy. Eventually when results didn't follow, pressure on the manager followed
