hes the first manager out of many that has had a lot of freedom in the transfer market

Other managers here had nothing to go on monetary wise and were slaughtered for what they signed

WOrthy has been able to sign someone that hasn't worked out and still had the backing to get someone else in time and time again. Others were just given the one and then a run of results that were poor, they'd be sacked and laughed at for being the worst manager we ever had
