See below - seeds under the current system would be:

Brazil, Spain, England, Italy, Germany, Mexico, Argentina and France.

(Unless Spain don't make it, in which case the Dutch will take their place.)

That looks sensible enough (and much more sensible than seeding an African team for blatantly political reasons.) I think they'll go with that or something very similar.
