I think that Ruddy is a good goalkeeper, but I'm not sure whether in this league that

being good, is enough. I'd like to see us bring in another keeper to challenge him, if only for the competition to make him up his game.

It's a tough position to strengthen, as it's not like a keeper is likely to come off the bench to get game time, so it would be difficult to sell the job to someone good, to just come and sit on the bench.

If Ruddy gets an injury similar to Gunns then we could be in the brown stuff, as Rudd is largely unproven in competitive league football.
