I'm not saying he did a great job either.

But others are just as culpable if not more so. Grant wasted millions on slow players of league one standard, he was left a decent platform only to eradicate the squad of any quality before walking away. Neil Doncaster was a complete joke who did poor buisness for NCFC by wasting millions through terrible decisions. Roeder did an overall poor job, but to blame a five year downward spiral solely on him is unfair.
