When I first started going regularly in the mid 80s

We would usually get crowds between 13 and 17,000. Big games we might nearer 20,000.

Even in the Walker season when we came third we were still getting crowds in the teens. The crowd for our first ever European game (against Vitesse) was something like 14,000!
