with some decent long term strategies in place, and a bit of luck! Its NOT enevitable.....
I would suggest McNally and the policies he employs are far more important to the long term future than ILWT. In fact, ILWT is just a pat of strategey. We hope for long term yes, but McNally should be 9and I'm sure he is) plotting our future along with ILWT's future replacement.
