You can actually buy the wild yeast strains that end up making lambic beers

Plenty of the hardcore homebrewers on the forums I read have done lambics, but it scares me. It oughtn't, cos it's where all beer came from, but still.

Plus, I'm not even sure I like sour beers and lambics.
