I dont get back to Nodge that often and when I do try to get down to Eaton, where my dads ashes are buried, to spend a few moments there. I think this is mainly as I feel some guilt that I wasnt around to support my mum in the last few years of my dads alzheimers and someway trying to ensure his tombstone is tidy etc and that he's not forgotten. I dont talk to him as such - not out loud anyway, just have my private thoughts - maybe tell him things, ask things, but all just thoughts.....

do whatever makes you feel comfortable mate.....
