Never, ever, ever buy a MAZDA

Lovely car to drive (Mazda 6, 2.0 Diesel)
Decent economy (45mpg)

But the SERVICING COSTS !!

First off, every minor service has to be done by the Main Stealers - no-one else can reset the computer and stop the interminal flashing orange lights which, when you look in the handbook says DO NOT DRIVE !!

And today, the major 75k service.
Rang for quote - ?961
Sharp intake of breath resulted in a query as to whether I had used them before - a yes got an offer of 20% off !! (How many accept the first price ???)
It has been in since 8am, and so far they have told me I should change the Cambelt tensioner (leaking oil - ?216) and the front right wheel bearing (?219) as well as the rear wiper (not in stock lolol) and the front passenger wiper.

So far, they are into me for ?1,200 or so.....

Never, ever buy a MAZDA.....
