OK, something to work with good idea. Slightly obvious & clumsy so perfect for here.
Firstly, would an Eagle wear a t-shirt?
Is that too much of a stretch? Possibly, another animal more believeable. Carrion/scavenger Crow, Hyena etc.
Let's go with the Eagle.
How are you going to set the punchline up? Will the Eagle just come in at the end? I think so.
So "Keep Carp & Carrion" The Eagle is smug. He's got plenty of food stored for the winter or to feed his family maybe and can relax and sport a witty t-shirt.
Another carnivorous creature, say an Otter is in a panic as he dosn't have enough fish for his family. He is currying around in a panic.
The Eagle says, something to the otter which makes the otter look at him and read the t-shirt.
So:-
There's this otter right, and he's running around in a panic as winter is setting in and he hasn't gathered enough food for his family.
He is muttering to himself that he wished he'd stored enough food, particularly some which was high in protein, vitamin D, E and omega-3 oils to see his family healthily through the winter when he hears this Eagle calling him in a mocking fashion.
The Eagle is wearing a t-shirt which says on it:-
"Keep Carp & Carrion"
Ahahahahahahahahahahah.
