Looking back it looks like we might have done better had Safri come into the team sooner.

But maybe he might not have done as well and when he actually came into the team.

What I'm saying is it's very easy to criticise someone, looking back at the decisions that person has had to make when assuming that any decision we would have made differently would have ended in complete success.
