Unsurprised by the fee....but seriously ?3m for a 3rd division player

Just cannot see how anyone could justify the price tag, does that make him the most expensive signing from League one ever (apart from the Leeds wonder kid who has gone on to do absolutely nothing since)? How much is a Holt or Hoolahan worth by comparsion, ?10, 15m. Can understand Shane Long being rated at ?20m now. Crazy prices. Non-sensical ramble over.
