They never really buy anyone i'm jealous of. Dont get me wrong, they buy players who develop and prove they are worth at this level (Holt, Hoolahan etc) and young players who have shown some promise (Jackson for example) but when was the last time the scum signed a Legwinski, Campo, Dos Santos or Bullard? Or a Dyer or even a Jason Scotland? Infact, when was the last time the scum signed a player that at the time you wished we could have? Very few and far between. It's reflected in their management (Roy Keane would never go there).

I'm not saying its a bad philosophy (it's working for them on a limited budget) and i'd take Lambert over Keane all day long here but it must pretty dull being a Norwich fan when it comes to new signings.
