but some of those seats are empty because?

the separation between home away fans is about 120 seats i reckon. there will be a few paid for "no shows" i guess. impossible to max out really even against scunny there were a few empty seats in the family enclosure.

i dont think the amount of extra seats installed was a huge risk. a second tier on top of the old folks home might be though.
