Wilshire will certainly be a better player than Busquets who is good but is favoured upon when it comes to selection because of his catalan roots.

If Wilshire wouldnt get in their team then Fabregas wouldnt either, so why does Guardiola constantly chase his signature?

Wilshire is more accomplished and comfortable on the ball than any English player I can remember for a very long time.
