Just having a quick look at the NCFC programme whilst having lunch (cheese salad for those that are interested) and Dickson Etuhu is the Dream Team Player/Manager this week. Fair enough as he played for both City and Preston.

But - selected as his dream team partner is none other than Carl ?Gary Neville?s mouth, Philip Neville?s feet? Robinson ((c) Otto).

Starts with the line "This choice might suprise people....."
