I'll back this up. Fine food at 103.

The Workshop on Earlham Road is good as well, in a similar vein but a bit more bohemian. Mediterranean mixture of stuff. No reservations either. Get there early as people tend to fill the tables and sit there all night and you can't stand at the tiny bar.
