I remember the choppers

I walked back to my car past gangs of "proper thugs" hiding under advertising hoardings from the rozzers. I was, stupidly, in colours, but luckily had a coat so I buttoned it up and tried to look unconcerned/like I belonged as I legged it to the car. Boy was I glad to get in it!
