i think it safe to say that saving the insurance company some money wasn't uppermost in her thought process. i'm speculating, but i think she might have acted the way she did out of a sense of duty as a good citizen and indignation at people flouting the law of the land.

she could i suppose, have f**ked off and became a policy advisor to the metropolitan police but that's something that probably will never come out in the press.
