defo!
was amazed when i tried it! some 10-15 years ago used to race mountain bikes (malverns classics etc) so was really into it - now old and fat and injured just bike to try to stay fit, however the 8 miles to work my missus has to do and the uphill 8 miles back, would have me in a right state, hot and sweaty before i even started work! the electric motor is great - takes all the hard work out of it - - top speed restricted to 15 mph though, but because she has to cycle through lots of city centre traffic, the journey only takes 5-10 mins longer than the car for the 8 miles at 20-25mins.
