if you want to get fit, like me and the missus, then take ya racer/mountain bike out after work/at weekends with the purpose to get a real sweat on. However theres nothing worse for a commutor than to arrive at work already sweaty, when you're pressed for time as it is.
The missus uses this for commuting and her mountain bike at weekends.......
I would say "simples" but thats an old steaming pile of elephant w**k.
