anyone tried one of these "electric bikes?"

my missus bought one last week, intending to ditch the car and cycle the 16 mile round trip to work to save petrol money and get fitter. I had a goo and they're fab - - still have to peddle but even going up hill its as easy as goo'un downhill, intut. Means she gets to work and back without any major sweat-on!
they're the footure.
