Not aware of any stronger correlation in macro economics than the correlation between how well educated the population is, and incime levels.

Do you really think there's an argument for going back to an educated elite, and an un-educated workforce? What do you think the un-educated workforce would actually *do*, given how low wages for unskilled workers are in Asia / South America etc?
