That's just my point of view and I'm going to bed, but they played on so that's why the goal was given. I think the ref could have made it a bit clearer he was playing on, and shouldn't have allowed Ferdinand to listen to them having sent the Spurs players away, and maybe penalised Nani for simulation (not the pen, the writhing on the ground afterwards), but hey! They make mistakes. Some more than others.
