for years now i have been pleading with HMRIC to stop paying me child tax credits

and yet still they insist on paying it. f**king madness. it all gets paid into a separate account in case in ten years time they ask for it all back. but honestly, i have tried my hardest to a, stop them giving it to me and b, to pay back what i have had.
