Zero prize money
The problem isn't 'hills near a finish'. The problem is that the Worlds are always held on a closed circuit. Two decent hills per lap. Eleven laps.
National pride usually means bugger all. Trade alliances are often a key driver.
Jeremy Hunt is likely in need of a contract. I can't see him being retained by Garmin-Cervelo.
