were/are considered rolemodels either good or bad. The cricket team was being touted as new role models for kids before they won the Ashes, Would they still he held in high asteem if they lost yesterday? I think they probably would. I agree that role models need to inspire people but that can be done by competeing 100% and doing it in the correct way. Winning is just the icing on top
